James has built and distributed numerous world-class software platforms across the globe while demonstrating strong expertise in IT management, strategy, and leadership. He has held several high-profile positions, such as Co-Founder, CEO, Vice President of Engineering, and Head of E-commerce Engineering and Operations at a leading retailer, where he managed large teams and significant technology budgets, contributing to the growth and success of various companies.

Recognized by his peers for his professionalism and strong work ethic, James has consistently demonstrated a keen sense of identifying lasting people and technologies to invest in. He has served on the boards of multiple companies, including Fox Software (acquired by Microsoft) and Summation Legal Technologies (later acquired by Access Data).
